ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Park Entrance Fee: Applies to all tours. $25 USD
Vehicle Protection: An optional vehicle protection benefit will be offered on some tours. If you wish to decline, you must bring a credit card to place a hold/deposit, which will be released at the end of the tour if there are no damages.
Photo Package
Optional Private Tour: (Cell phones and cameras are permitted; includes a personalized experience, guide, and exclusive tour for your group).
BEFORE BOOKING
Camels: The minimum age required to ride is 5 years old.
Pricing: Child pricing applies up to age 11. Children 12 years and older must pay the adult price.
Maximum Weights:
Camels: Maximum weight for camel riding: 125 kg (275 lbs).
Restrictions:
People with back or neck problems may not participate.
If you are pregnant, you cannot participate in the activity; please let us know at the time of booking.
For safety, the use of cameras or cell phones is not permitted.
People under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substance may not participate in any of the activities.

SAFETY
Camera Policy: For safety reasons, the use of cameras, cell phones, and/or any electronic device with a camera is prohibited during the booked activity. HANDS-FREE CAMERAS (LIKE GOPRO) ARE PERMITTED.
We have adopted a no-camera and no-cell phone policy for safety reasons, as all our experiences are outdoors and involve a level of interaction and risk. We strive to ensure the safety of our clients.
We also offer Private Tours where access is allowed, as the safety and quality time of other participants are not put at risk.

NOT SUITABLE for people under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
Minimum age required to ride: 6 years old (1.20m height).
Maximum age to ride: 70 years old.
Maximum weight to ride: 110 kg.
NOT SUITABLE for people with back problems and/or recent surgeries.
