EXTRA CHARGES
- Park Entrance Fee: Applies to all tours ($25 USD).
- Vehicle/Equipment Protection: An optional protection benefit will be offered on some tours. If you wish to decline, you must bring a credit card to place a hold, which will be released at the end of the tour if there are no damages.

BEFORE BOOKING
- Horses: Minimum riding age is 7 years old and maximum is 70 years old.
- Child Pricing: Applies to children up to 11 years old. Children 12 and older must pay the adult price.
- Maximum Weights:
- Horses: Maximum riding weight 110 kg (242 lbs).
- Restrictions:
- People with back or neck problems may not participate.
- If you are pregnant, you cannot participate in the activity; please let us know when booking.
- For safety, the use of cameras or cell phones is not allowed.
- People under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substance may not participate in any activities.

SAFETY
- Cameras & Phones: For safety reasons, the use of cameras, cell phones, and/or any electronic device with a camera is prohibited during the contracted activity. HANDS-FREE CAMERAS (GOPRO STYLE) ARE PERMITTED. We have adopted a no-camera/cell phone policy for safety reasons, as all our experiences are outdoors and involve a level of interaction and risk; we aim to ensure our clients’ safety. We also offer private tours where access is allowed, as it does not jeopardize the safety or quality time of other participants.
- NOT SUITABLE for pregnant women.
- NOT SUITABLE for people under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. (Breathalyzer test may be required).
- Minimum age required to ride: 6 years old (1.20m / 3.9ft minimum height).
- Maximum age to ride: 70 years old.
- Maximum riding weight: 110 kg (242 lbs).
- NOT SUITABLE for people with back problems and/or recent surgeries.
